Plus, getting started with us is a breeze. We’ve slashed the upfront costs and streamlined the process, so you can hit the ground running without breaking a sweat.

But here’s the best part: community. Picture being surrounded by fellow beauty enthusiasts who get what you do. It’s like having your own cheer squad right there with you. And hey, who knows? You might even team up for some awesome cross-promotions and watch your clientele grow.

All rental costs include utilities (water, heat, electricity, etc). But do not include GST.

We provide you with towels, capes, and sheets, which are washed, folded, and ready to use every single day. Throughout your day, feel free to grab as many as needed, and simply drop off the dirty ones to the laundry room for us to wash and fold at the end of the night.

*Please note that at this time, we are not supplying extras such as pillows and blankets, as we want each tenant to have the ability to choose items that fit their branding & needs. However, we will wash and keep them folded for you; you will just need to supply them.

Yes! We want you to make the suite your own. Bring in plants, your own decor- listen to your own music, bring in your own retail products.

You are welcome to paint, add wallpaper, neon signs- whatever you like inside the four walls of your rented suite.

Our only restrictions are that we ask any walls outside of the suite, in the hallways are left untouched.

Yes, there are designated parking stalls for clients in our attached parking lot, however it is first come first serve. There is plenty of street parking available, and other paid parking lots that surround the building.

There is also optional underground parking for staff/clients that is a month-to-month contract starting at $350/month.

All you need is the equipment required for operating your specific business and a deposit for the suite (one month’s rent). We can help you acquire a business license and assist you with everything else you need to get started!
